Does anyone know, would this ad be banned in the UK?

It wouldn't be banned, though I believe that in theory actual bank notes cannot be used in British theatrical representations. A friend of mine appearing in play in London told me that the stage designer had to create false bank notes that did not look like real currency. Seems pretty stupid to me.
But being irreverent towards images of the Queen is now, far from being illegal, almost mandatory.
